In-person meeting and walkthrough at venue with client
Final call a week or so out
With Vendors:
Communicate the plan and vision of the day with all vendors the week of
Confirm day of contact information, arrival and departure times
Day of the wedding:
Lead, organize and explain ceremony and processional with wedding party
Main point of contact throughout the day (clients, vendors, guests, etc.)
Room and guest transitions oversight
Maintain flow of people and timeline
Distribute final payments and tips for vendors
Final walkthrough with venue
Personal item management.
Set up including:
Welcome table
Seating chart, escort and/or place cards set up
Menu and table number arrangement
Misc. decor around the space
Breakdown:
Pack couple’s personal belongings and gifts
Includes everything listed for Day of Coordination
Will secure 1-2 outstanding vendors
Will search and provide a quote for some decor items
Provides monthly check-ins with the couple via zoom
